After a poor run of results whereby Manchester United, when it comes to the Premier League, have failed to get a win, could the tide be set to turn this Saturday?
Sitting in eighth place in the Premier League and eighteen points of the summit isn’t the kind of season the Manchester United faithful hoped for back in the summer.
However, this Saturday, Manchester United have a great chance to get back to winning ways when they entertain Fulham, at Old Trafford.
Fulham, newly promoted to the top-flight following their Championship Play-Off Final win against Aston Villa in May, have had a disastrous start to their campaign.
A solitary win from their first dozen games saw Slavisa Jokanovic axed and Claudio Ranieri brought in to replace him.
In the three games, he’s been in charge, Ranieri has seen his side win 1, lose 1 and draw 1, a return of four points from a possible nine.
But, despite a slight upturn in results, the West London club remain rooted to the bottom of the table.
