The defeat, on Sunday, at White Hart Lane, was a bitter pill to swallow.

To capitulate in the manner in which we did, conceding three goals in less than six minutes, has left us with no margin for error if we are to have any chance of salvaging a top four place and qualify or the Champions League next season.

However, whilst Louis van Gaal, with eighteen points still up for grabs remains confident that he can provide what has been frequently labelled as the ‘minimum requirement` this season.

But perhaps it isn`t going to be as straight forward as Louis thinks, perhaps there are cracks opening up in the camp that are now coming to the surface.

Splashed across the back page of the Sun this morning is the inference that all Is not well between the senior players in the Manchester United squad and our Dutch manager.

Discussing the reputed immediate inquisition into what happened as a blitz from Spurs made it a dark Sunday, they have remarks attributed to a source that overhead the reported heated discussion, whereby the source is quoted as remarking,

“They blamed it all on the manager. You could hear everything. They didn`t seem to have much time for him.”

If that is the case then Louis van Gaal`s days at the club must surely be numbered.

Your views on the subject matter would be most appreciated.
