Ahead of the ‘friendly` fixture against Galatasaray tonight, Sir Alex Ferguson has give the media a few of his thoughts.

The first, relating to the much awaited comeback of Phil Jones, is straight forward enough with Sir Alex remarking,

“It`s a big day for Phil because he has been out all season. I am looking forward to bringing him back.”

It certainly is as Phil can offer extra options in so many positions.

The second point though could be seen as more contentious, namely that of fielding a weakened side with Sir Alex firmly remarking,

“We are in a great position having qualified. But we`ll make sure we play with some pride and we are fair to the other teams in the group.”

“We are making changes, but the players are experienced enough to handle the game.”

Anyone else out there just want to get this one over and done with and look forward to the Premier League clash with beleaguered Queens Park Rangers this weekend?
