Wayne Rooney kept his recent fine goal-scoring run going when he opened the scoring for Manchester United, against Derby County, on Friday night.
However, the goal he scored in the 16th minute had a degree of significance.
With 311 goals scored during his career, Wayne Rooney has almost achieved a record whereby he`s scored in every minute of the ninety minutes of normal time.
Apparently, the only minute of the allotted ninety Wayne hasn`t scored a career goal in is the 14th.
Now I wonder if Rooney will score in the reference minute or will it elude him.
Your thoughts on the subject matter would be most appreciated.
