RB Leipzig v Manchester United – Champions League – Team-Sheets Revealed

|

Manchester United are in Germany this evening playing their last fixture of Group H.

They do so knowing qualification is precariously balanced and a combination of results could either see Manchester United qualify for the knockout stages or drop into the much-maligned Europa League.

A win or a draw would see Manchester United remain in the Champions League but if RB Leipzig, semi-finalists last year, win then it is Thursday night European competition for Manchester United.

In essence, tonight’s fixture is, simply, a knockout fixture but a fixture with so much at stake.

It will not be a game for the faint-hearted or those with a nervous disposition.

With the 20:00 hours kick-off fast approaching, we are now able to bring you the team-sheets.

Starting with our hosts, RB Leipzig:

Continuing with Manchester United:

Team: De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire (c), Shaw, Telles; Matic, McTominay, Fernandes; Rashford, Greenwood.

Subs: Henderson, Grant, Bailly, Fosu-Mensah, Tuanzebe, Williams, James, Lingard, Mata, Pogba, van de Beek, Ighalo.

Fingers crossed folks, this could be a nervous night!
