Around this time last year, Marcus Rashford was breaking into the Manchester United first team.

Having done so, the teenager was scoring prolifically and heralded as a star of the future. His performances even saw the youngster gate-crash the England squad for the finals of 2016, held in France.

Twelve months on and the picture isn`t quite so rosy for the 19-year-old.

Although he, undoubtedly, remains in integral part of the Manchester United squad, he isn`t getting as much playing time under Jose Mourinho as he was under the previous incumbent of the managerial hot-seat, Louis van Gaal.

Today, the good folk of the The Times are suggesting that, even at the tender age of nineteen, Rashford is considering his future at Old Trafford.

Our referenced source is reporting that Rashford is stalling on signing a new contract purely down to the frustration he feels at not getting enough playing time.

Surely, common sense will prevail and all the parties concerned will sit down and work this one out, after all I doubt whether Marcus really wants to exit the greatest club in the world does he?
