Rashford On Verge Of Committing His Long-Term Future

|

Speculation as to whether Marcus Rashford will remain, at Old Trafford, on a long-term basis is, according to one news vehicle, soon to be confirmed.

The 21-year-old striker who, under Ole Gunnar Solksjaer, has become the focal point of Manchester United’s attack is, according to the red-top publication, the Mirror, set to confirm his long-term future by putting pen-to-paper on a new six-year deal.

Our source is reporting that all-parties are progressing towards the aforementioned deal after making a breakthrough in negotiations.

It seems inconceivable that, having come through the ranks at Old Trafford, Rashford wouldn’t have been part of the furniture as the club continues to move forward, but when it comes to contract negotiations and seeing what others are receiving, on a financial basis, you can’t blame this exciting talent for wanting to get what he believes he is worth.

Here at Vital Manchester United, we’ll sit tight and wait for the official confirmation, from the club, before we do our public jig of delight.
