Would you think that Michel Platini actually accused Real Madrid of being a serious challenge to fair play? But it happened, you have to believe it.

So far I thought his ire was reserved for the English clubs, especially after last year when he insisted that nothing was wrong about the way Real Madrid pursued Ronaldo even though some of the means they used were clearly illegal. It’s refreshing to see him responding with at least a pretence of fairness this time.
