One Centre Back Isn’t Coming To Manchester United But Another Could Be

|

Manchester United’s seemingly endless desire to bring a new centre-back to the club has generated two pieces of speculation today.

Both pieces link familiar names to the club but one piece could be good news whilst the other could be bad news.

As if often the case, we’ll start with the bad news.

According to the Italian news source, Calciomercato, the 24-year-old Slovakian defender, Milan Skriniar, will not be moving to Old Trafford with our referenced source revealing that the player is very close to agreeing on a new deal with his current club.

But, moving on to the good news, it appears that there is a chance that one of our main summer transfer targets,
Click Here, could be heading this way with the news source, Sky Sports, reporting that Kalidou Koulibaly’s agent has dismissed any talk of the 27-year-old Senegalese centre-back leaving Napoli for Juventus.

But, with no denial of a move to Old Trafford mentioned, could reading between the lines, the elegant centre-back be heading our way?

I sincerely hope so!
