Now Is The Time To Move Sanchez Out Of Old Trafford

|

When, in the January transfer window last season, Manchester United persuaded the Chilean forward, Alexis Sanchez, that Old Trafford just had to be the next destination for him, huge smiles broke out amongst the Manchester United faithful.

The 29-year-old striker had impressed mightily whilst on the books of Arsenal and although it was being reported that Sanchez was set to earn a weekly salary of some £500,000, the belief was that he could lift the side to the next level.

Unfortunately, that has proven to be the case.

During his time with the club, the Chilean has flattered to deceive and you can probably count his significant moments on the fingers of one hand.

Currently, Alexis is out of favour when it comes to Jose Mourinho selecting his starting eleven.

As a consequence, the tabloid publication, the Mirror, is reporting that the Chilean is determined to sever his ties with Old Trafford and move on.

If that is the case then it seems to be common sense to grant the Chilean his wish, although it remains to be seen what the magnitude of the transfer fee might be and whether any other club would be prepared to match the salary he is currently on with us.
