Midfielder Has Not Reached An Agreement To Become A Manchester United Player

|

The last time, here at Vital Manchester United, we mentioned the possibility of Jack Grealish becoming a Manchester United player, this summer, it appeared any such deal could be set to take an unexpected twist.

Our article – manchester-united-have-a-rival-for-major-summer-transfer-target – covered the speculation linking Manchester City with a move for the England international.

Today, any chance of a deal being done imminently, appear to be rescinding/

Lurking in the pages of Stretty News, is the inference that the 24-year-old, despite what some might want to believe, has not reached an agreement to sign for Manchester United.

Our belief is that Grealish’s future will not be sorted until Aston Villa’s destiny as a Premier League club is decided.

If, as we suspect, Aston Villa are relegated, then Grealish could well be on the move.

But I seriously doubt Manchester United would be willing to pay Aston Villa’s asking price which remains a phenomenal £80 million.

I predict some serious negotiating would need to take place before this deal is anywhere near getting signed, sealed and delivered.
