This Saturday lunch-time Manchester United take on Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford.

The fixtures sees two clubs with ambitions of winning the 2017 / 2018 Premier League title go head-to-head.

Some will say that Tottenham, the first of the big sides United will have played this season, will give an indication as to how United stand with regards to winning the title.

Ahead of the game we have some early team-news for you to mull over.

Starting with Manchester United:

Jose Mourinho will be without the services of Paul Pogba and Marouane Fellaini with the duo still recovering from injuries.

Eric Bailly and Phil Jones are back in contention after recovering from injuries, whilst Ander Herrera and Marcus Rashford have shaken off minor knocks.

Continuing with our visitors Tottenham:

The Spurs manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has confirmed that Harry Kane will miss this fixture. The England striker has a hamstring strain and has been ruled out, with Pochettino remarking at his pre-match press conference about his star striker,

“We cannot take a risk for tomorrow, we’ll see after for Wednesday. But tomorrow is impossible.’

Bad news for Tottenham but good news for Manchester United.
