The latest inhabitant of the managerial dug-out, at Manchester United, got off to the ideal start in his first game in charge, albeit in a temporary mode, when Ole Gunnar Solksjaer watched his side dismantle Cardiff City, 5-1, down in South Wales.

Today, in his second fixture in charge, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer will be looking to make it two wins out of two when Manchester United welcome troubled Huddersfield Town to Old Trafford.

Huddersfield Town exceeded all expectations last season by retaining their Premier League status, this season the Yorkshire club are struggling to repeat that feat and are, currently, sitting second of the bottom of the table.

If Ole Gunnar Solksjaer had hand-picked two opening fixtures, then games against Cardiff City and Huddersfield Town would have been high on that list.
