The wait for the new season is finally over.
It’s now the time to see whether Ole Gunnar Solksjaer can, on the back of his summer transfer spree, get Manchester United off to the kind of start that will give the Old Trafford support the belief that the side could challenge for honours this season.
But Chelsea, our opposition this afternoon, will have similar thoughts with their new boss, Frank Lampard, eager to prove he does have the credentials to continue the recent success the West London can boast with the Europa League trophy being the latest piece of silverware they’ve added to the trophy cabinet.
