A while ago, here at Vital Manchester United, we ran an article relating to the future of our Uruguayan striker, Edinson Cavani.

Our article – united-have-a-decision-to-make – covered the situation whereby the Old Trafford hierarchy had to decide whether to take up the extra year option on the strikers’ contract of let him leave.

Today, it appears that the decision may well have been taken out of the clubs’ hands.

According to Ole the 34-year-old striker has decided that his stay, at Old Trafford, will come to an end at the conclusion of the 2020 / 2021 season with the striker set to sign of Boca Juniors.

Perhaps Cavani’s decision has been influenced by his recent lack of down time with ole Gunnar Solksjaer option to use other players.

Here at Vital Manchester United, we will keep an eye out for any official confirmation just in case our referenced source has got its facts wrong.
