Having spent big in the last two summer transfer windows, bringing Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku to Old Trafford, the suggestion doing the rounds is that Manchester United are going to spend even bigger this summer.

The good folk of the The Sun on Sunday, are of the opinion that Manchester united are set to spend big to bring both Gareth Bale and Antoine Grezmann to the club.

In order to succeed in this apparent mission to bring the duo to the club, our referenced source is of the opinion that Manchester United are willing to spend a combined fee of £136 million.

Both players have been mentioned in previous speculation linking them with a move to Old Trafford, with Griezmann being a target last summer until the focus of attention switched, with the injury to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, to Romelu Lukaku.

However, it`s fair to say that if Atletico Madrid do agree to sell Griezmann there`ll be no shortage of clubs wishing to do a deal for the deep-lying forward.

Here at Vital Manchester United we`ll endeavour to keep an eye out for any further developments and report back as deemed necessary.
