Manchester United Looking To Spend Big In January But Is It A Target You Agree With?

|

January is fast approaching and that magical time of the year when the transfer window, once again, opens.

Now whether Manchester United decide to spend big in order to boost their season remains to be seen.

But my belief is that the support would get a huge boost if Ole Gunnar Solksjaer were able to boost his squad with a huge signing.

Today, speculation appearing in The Daily Mail implies a huge signing might be on the cards.

Seemingly, although pencilled in a transfer target for next summer, Manchester United, if our source has its facts right, could make a move for the West Ham United midfielder, Declan Rice.

But, as you’d expect, the 20-year-old would come at a price with our aforementioned source indicating that Rice could cost as much as £80 million.

Is this a deal you’d like Manchester United to complete this summer or would you prefer the club to buy someone else?

Wholeheartedly agree with the capture of Declan Rice and James Maddison, even if they are loaned back until the new season.
Theo Hernandez as a new left back, and a new striker; enter Timo Werner or Bellotti.

    Players to get rid off:
Rojo, Young, Jones, Matic, Mata, Pereira, Lingard

    Don’t be fools- United
don’t buy British- overrated, technically bad players where you need to pay over the top(look at Mquire the worlds most expensive CB- quite good but not in the neighborhood of the 10 best CB in the world, not actually good enough technically.
Analyze the last 45-50 years of soccer and England are no longer a world nation in football(not even by a long shot). The great soccer nations are Brazil, Argentine, Spain, Germany, France and even Portuga- from these countries you get the playersl.

Why then go British- stupid, it is a stupid nationalistic idea as well as Brexit- that will never give you a new CL trophy- never, ever

Get Maddison, and Rice , I totally agree with what Mark mailed , then get rid of Jones , Matic , lindoef then like it or not Pogba , then in the summer get McGinn , Zaha , then out of Pogbas transfer fee money Harry Kane , get them guys in and then work around with the squad United got ! oh bye the way get rid of DeGea , united fans will have different oppions about him but to me since he has signed a new contract his form ( to my knowledge ) has dipped . Cause i mailed this Romero is just as good as anybody on the day , and as far as i can remember he hasnt let the team down

I partially agree in that Maddison is a good investment and would link well with players like Isco andBruno Fernandes; possibly with McTominay at a pinch. This preoccupation with British players is a no-go. I would not have Declan Rice in the team at any price. For one he will be way over-priced and secondly is not good enough for Man U. Ask Roy Keane. We also need Haaland or Morelos up front plus Skriniar, Ruben Neves or Milenkovic at the back to replace our current plonkers, Maguire and Lindelof.
