Manchester United Linked With Senegalese Striker

|

With Manchester United’s quest to sign Jadon Sancho not looking as if it is going to come to fruition this summer, media speculation suggests the clubs’ hierarchy have identified an alternative option.

According to The Independent, the club are considering making a move for the Watford striker, Ismaila Sarr.

Sarr, 22-years-of-age, is a Senegalese international who impressed immensely despite his club being relegated last season.

However, if Manchester United are to secure the signature of the £36 million rated player, they will need to move quickly because, as championed by The Daily Mail, Liverpool are also monitoring the situation closely and have discussed the players’ availability with the Hertfordshire based club.

Can you see Sarr becoming a Manchester United player or is this destined to be another deal that does not quite happen?
