Manchester United Keeper Set To Become A Possible Target For Tottenham Hotspur

|

After a successful period on loan at Sheffield United, Dean Henderson opted to stay at Old Trafford and fight for a place in the Manchester United starting XI.

Henderson, an England international, faces stiff opposition for the green jersey with David de Gea firmly established as our number one.

But, although Henderson has featured, could he still be moving on at the end of the season?

The reason I ask is that The Sun has produced an article that infers Tottenham Hotspur could make a move for the 23-year-old in the summer.

Our quoted source explains that the North London club are fearful that their established keeper, Hugo Lloris, could be set for a return to French football with Paris St Germain.

If that were to be the case, Tottenham are looking at Henderson as being a possible replacement along with another name familiar to Manchester United supporters, Sam Johnstone.

If an offer is forthcoming, it would be interesting to see if Manchester United were prepared to sell or whether Henderson would want to leave Old Trafford.

Could it all hinge on the number of games Henderson gets, in the first team, this season?
