Before agreeing to join Manchester United, Romelu Lukaku was enjoying his summer break in Los Angeles.

Unfortunately, our star striker, whilst in Los Angeles, fell foul of the law.

Lukaku was arrested for ‘excessive noise` at a party held at a rented holiday home in Beverley Hills.

Tomorrow is the date the case will be heard in a court in Los Angeles, however, it appears that Lukaku will not be in attendance.

Instead the case will be heard with Lukaku selecting the option of declaring himself guilty and agreeing to pay a fine.

Therefore, instead of standing in front of the court with his head bowed pleading for mercy, Romelu will be free to join up with the Belgian international squad and take part in their international fixtures.

One point to ponder though, just how high will the fine be?
