It`s getting complicated again!

Although the indication was being given that there is now a degree of confidence that suggests David De Gea will sign a new two-year deal, as indicated in the Sunday press, it appears that nothing is being taken for granted still.

The French newspaper, L`Equipe, has latched on to the possibility that Manchester United will look to safeguard their options by moving for the Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, if there is the slightest chance of David De Gea doing an about turn on the reputed deal.

And, in an almost ironic twist, the same news source suggests that if Real Madrid cannot secure the services of David De Gea they too might turn their attentions, and cheque book, to the Spurs keeper.
