Juventus Set To Offer United A Player-Exchange Deal For United Midfielder

Previously, here on Vital Manchester United, we’ve covered our, supposed, interest in bringing the veteran Croatian striker, Mario Mandzukic, to Old Trafford.

Our article, united-interest-in-croatian-striker-doesnt-strike-the-right-chords, inferred, to put it mildly, that it wasn’t a move we approved of.

However, lurking in the media this Saturday morning is the insinuation that the 33-year-old could be headed our way.

According to The Sun, Juventus interest in acquiring the services of Paul Pogba has far from waned.

In fact, the Turin based club, according to our quoted source, are looking to entice Manchester United to part-company with the 26-year-old French international by offering both Mario Mandzukic and the former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can, s part of the deal.

Now, if push came to shove, I could accept Can as part of the deal, but I’d look elsewhere for a striker.

How about you?

What is your perspective on Juventus’ proposed deal?

Are you for or against?
