Italian Giants Set To Make Move For Troubled United Striker

|

The Manchester United career of Alexis Sanchez continues to splutter rather than impress.

Since arriving from Arsenal, albeit on a free transfer but a huge salary, Sanchez hasn’t made the impact desired, often beset by injuries and a struggle to find form.

Just lately, Sanchez has been sidelined by yet another injury and it is difficult to see how, even when fit, he’ll be able to displace the likes of Marcus Rashford and Romelu Lukaku.

Therefore at 30-years-of-age, it might come as no surprise that speculation has emerged linking the Chilean striker with a move away from Old Trafford.

The good folk of the Italian news source, Calciomercato, are reporting that the reigning Serie A title holders, Juventus, are looking at making a move to secure the services of Sanchez although, as we suspect may be the case wherever Sanchez ends up, considering his reputed salary is circa £450,000 a week.

Here at Vital Manchester United, we’ll endeavour to keep abreast of the situation and report back as deemed necessary.
