Zlatan Ibrahimovic has created records for fun at most of his previous clubs, they stacked up at most recent former club Paris Saint Germain. He’s chasing a 91-year-old record against Hull this weekend.

Ibrahimovic has already become the first player since the 1971-72 season to score in each of his first three-matches. If he can managed a goal in his fourth against Hull he’ll equal a 91-year-old record by becoming only the second footballer in United’s history to manage to score in his first four-matches.

Jimmy Hanson was the man to do this when he scored against Hull, Blackpool and Derby in November 1924, he then went out of the side until September 1925 with his fourth appearance seeing him score against Aston Villa.

United have had some great goalscorers over the years but not even they have achieved that. Should the Swede, who loves to set records, bag another one in only his fourth-match for United it’ll see his already sky high confidence rocket!
