With the World Cup final two weeks today, the finals in Qatar are starting to hot up and there are two important games for the Manchester United players representing their countries at the World Cup.
Raphael Varane and his France team-mates will kick off their round of 16 clash against Poland at the Al Thumama Stadium, which is scheduled to kick off at 3pm UK time.

This is an important game for Varane and France as they will be looking to bounce back from their shock 1-0 defeat to Tunisia, even though Didier Deschamps named a much-changed line-up.
One player who did start the game and captained France against Tunisia was United’s Varane and he will be hoping to start in today’s game against Poland to help keep quiet their star striker Robert Lewandowski, who has scored one goal and registered one assist for his team at this World Cup [Transfermarkt.com], so Varane and the French team will have to be wary of his threat.
Following the conclusion of the France and Poland game, England and Senegal will kick off at 7pm at the Al Bayt Stadium. There could be as many as three United players starting for England in the form of Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford.

All three United players will go into this game against the African Cup of Nations champions, Senegal with confidence because all three have performed for England at various points in the group stages, including Rashford, who scored an unstoppable free-kick in England’s 3-0 win over Wales in their final group game and claimed the Player of the Match award.

Should both France and England win their respective games, then there would be a showdown between United team-mates at the quarter final stage.
