After watching Man United’s 4-0 win over Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League, manager Sir Alex Ferguson expressed his relief at securing their place in the knock out stages of the competition.

It was a routine evening for last year’s semi-finalists, as goals from Gerard Pique, a first in the competition for Carlos Tevez, Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo secured a comfortable victory at Old Trafford.

Fergie, now in his 21st year in charge of the club, saw his anniversary marked with a good performance against poor opponents, and says the next aim is to finish top of the their group.
