Manchester United will look to top their Champions League group when Valencia visit Old Trafford, knowing anything other than defeat will mean they face the prospect of a so-called ‘easier` draw in the Last 16.

A win for the Spaniards will mean they top the group, although they face a tough ask with United not yet conceding a goal in the competition this season.

With Saturday`s match at Blackpool postponed, the three-time Champions League winners have had a full week since their surprise 4-0 loss to West Ham ended their two-year reign as League Cup holders.

Fergie says his team will only improve from here on in, with no new injury problems reported. Michael Owen is back in training, although he won`t be risked.
