FA Cup Semi-Final – United v Tottenham – Early Team-News

|

Manchester United, this weekend, are heading to Wembley for an FA Cup semi-final showdown, with Tottenham Hotspur.

For both clubs, the FA Cup remains the only piece of silverware that can be placed in the trophy cabinet this season.

Ahead of the 17:15 kick-off, this Saturday, we’ve cobbled together some early team-news.

Starting with Manchester United:

Jose Mourinho rotated his starting eleven for the midweek trip to take on Bournemouth, selecting just four of the eleven that, surprisingly, lost at home to West Bromwich Albion last weekend.

However, ahead of the huge fixture, Mourinho has indicated that three of those who didn’t start against Bournemouth – Romelu Lukaku, Nemanja Matic and Antonio Valencia, will start on Sunday.

There are also suspicions that both Daley Blind and Phil Jones, who came into the starting eleven against Bournemouth, could feature.

Continuing with Tottenham Hotspur:

Mauricio Pochettino will be without the services of Danny Rose and Harry Winks, the former has a calf injury whilst the latter is recovering from a long-term ankle injury.
