If Angel Di Maria is to leave Manchester United what do you reckon the chances of him staying in Manchester are?

Personally I`d say pretty slim wouldn`t you?

Manchester United`s record signing had a troubled first season in the Premier League. His form dipped after he appeared to be unsettled by an off-the-field incident whereby his house was burgled and the 27-year old spent the second half of the season drifting in and out of the side.

However, one poor season doesn`t make a world-class player bad and if Di Maria does decide that a move may give him the fresh start he needs I`m pretty sure that there will be numerous suitors.

Today, one of the more up-market newspapers the country produces, The Times, reckons that Di Maria, if put up for sale, would attract attention from Paris St-Germain, Bayern Munich and Barcelona, but also offers a destination that doesn`t quite fit any agenda, that of Manchester City.

Like I said earlier, could you see Di Maria wearing the sky-blue of our neighbours?

I can`t!
