Yesterday we reported on how Manchester United were pushing David De Gea for a decision on his future, namely whether he was staying at Old Trafford or heading for the Bernabeu.

This morning the speculation, in the press, is indicating that De Gea will be deciding to continue his career in Spain with a source remarking,

“It looks to be done now, he is finally going.”

Whereas it is also being suggested by somebody who is a friend(?) to the players that De Gea has already said his goodbyes to his team-mates.

But, if De Gea is going then United are going to press Real Madrid hard to try and lure Gareth Bale back to the Premier League.

Talk is still rife that United believe that if Real Madrid take De Gea, for a fee of £30 million, United wouldn`t be averse to spending (say it quickly) £86 million on the Welshman.

Is this a double-deal that could run and run this summer?
