With one, supposedly, unattainable striker the subject of one speculative headline, reports are suggesting that the chances of bringing a completely different striker to Old Trafford look to be on the cards.

Several news sources are suggesting that Manchester United have agreed a fee of £13 million for a Brazilian striker on the books of the German club, Hoffenheim.

The striker in question is Roberto Firmino, who is 23-years of age.

But perhaps more interesting is the suggestion that another striker, according to his agent, is set to leave his current club FC Porto and move to a top European club.

The striker in question being Jackson Martinez a 28-year old who has been the subject of supposed interest from Arsenal and Manchester United.

Let`s all keep a beady eye out for any further information pertaining to either shall we?
