Another Shock For Manchester United Supporters When It Comes To Paul Pogba

|

It seems that when it comes to speculation, some players are never far away from the headlines.

In what is the second international break of the 2020 / 2021 season, numerous column inches have been generated relating to the future of Paul Pogba.

You cannot have failed to notice recent speculation suggesting that the 27-year-old French midfielder has spoken about joining Real Madrid with The Guardian being one of those keen to jump on the bandwagon.

Today, though, more worrying news has emerged.

According to Mundodeportivo it is not just Real Madrid that Pogba has ambitions of playing for with our referenced source championing the inference that Pogba has his eyes on joining another La Ligue side, next summer, Barcelona.

Furthermore, the article goes on to imply that Pogba wants to run down his current contract, at Old Trafford, to join the Catalan giants on a free transfer.

Clearly, with all clubs wary of the financial implications COVID-19 continues to bring to the game, this would be a scenario that Manchester United would be keen to avoid.

I cannot help feeling, as I have stated before, if Pogba is not 100% committed to the Manchester United cause then he should be sold, preferably in the January transfer window.
