It`s not often we applaud the actions of our noisy-neighbours but credit where credit is due.

With City in Munich for their Champions League fixture against Bayern, representatives of City will be laying a wreath at the memorial, in Manchesterplatz, to the 1958 air crash that decimated our side of that era.

Speaking about the gesture, Sir Alex Ferguson had this to say

“It`s refreshing. We appreciate that from Manchester City. It`s a sign the game`s not as bad as sometimes we think. If that`s what City are doing, then well done.”

We`ll second that!
