The Dutch contingent, at Old Trafford, could be set to grow this summer.

With Memphis Depay already in the bag, reports suggest that if David De Gea does depart for Real Madrid, as many suspect, then his replacement could well be a Dutch keeper that Louis van Gaal knows well.

The keeper in question being the current Ajax keeper, Jasper Cillesen, who played for Holland at the 2014 World Cup, in Brazil, when Louis van Gaal was in charge of the Dutch national team.

Cillesen, 26-years of age, has been recommended to Manchester United by United`s goalkeeping coach, Frans Hoek, who has also, before joining United, been part of the Dutch national set-up.

As for a fee for Cillesen, a figure of £35 million is being mentioned, meaning he`ll not be a cheap option but, at that price, a very safe option.

We`ll endeavour to keep an eye out for any developments on the situation!
