When it comes to transfer speculation, we’ve learned the hard way never to take anything as gospel.
Everything, it would seem, is subject to change.

Yesterday, we ran an article Click Here, that covered the media speculation that Manchester United’s priority transfer target, this summer, was the Napoli defender, Kalidou Koulibaly.

Today the scenario, according to the media, has completely changed.

Although our, reported, priority target is a central defender, the local media source, the Manchester Evening News, is championing the suggestion that Manchester United are looking towards Spain as opposed to Italy.

Seemingly, the 25-year-old Real Madrid centre-back, Raphael Varane, has replaced Koulibaly.

Here at Vital Manchester United, it’s a case of either of the duo would suffice, both are classy operatives at the top of their profession and both are of the age whereby they can give the club several years of good service.

But, putting you, the Vital Manchester United readership, on the spot, which of the duo would you prefer – Varane or Koulibaly?

Simply drop the name of your preferred option into the comment facility beneath this article.
