There’s European Interest In One Of Manchester United’s Strikers

|

If Manchester United don’t qualify for the Champions League next season, something that is quite possible when you consider the poor start to the season we’ve made, it’ll be interesting to see what the financial ramifications are.

I’m hoping that a one-season absence could, somehow, be tolerated, but it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if changes to the squad were made.

Already today, Click Here, we’ve covered how speculation is mounting that Paul Pogba could be set for a return to Juventus and it is the Turin based club that also features in another piece of worrying speculation.

The news source, the Times, are reporting that the Serie A side are keen to lure Marcus Rashford to the club and are compiling a dossier on the player.

Rashford, still just 21-years-of-age, has a glittering career ahead of him but it remains to be seen whether it’ll be at Old Trafford or in Turin.

Since bursting onto the scene, Rashford has achieved so much but is his progress being frustrated under the tutorship of Jose Mourinho?

Personally, I feel it has with the player often not getting a full ninety-minutes and sometimes being played out of position.

Some would say that Jose is nurturing the lad, I’m not so sure.

At 21-years-of-age, Rashford’s body should be quite capable of standing up to the rigours of two-games a week, I’ve never bought into this ‘burn-out’ lark and it disappoints me to see somebody so talented sat on the bench or played in the wrong position.

Stick Rashford up front, playing through the middle and watch him flourish or, mark my words, we’ll lose him!
